Sunny Minneapolis Uptown 2br Apartment for Rent. Friendly two unit building, close to the Nicollet Ave. Busline and lots of shopping. The lower floor was just remodeled. We are put in new and refinished floors and painted throughout (click for application).

The pictures are all pre remodel the new paint is neutral in all the rooms. The place has hard wood floors.

This is the dining room which has a great built in china hutch. And the 2 bookcase cabinets just in the edge of the living room.

This is a picture of the outside and the beautiful porches on the front. Great for sipping sangrea in the hammock in the summer.

This is the kitchen while we were moving so it is a bit of a mess, but it is quite big minus the mess. There is a regular washer and dryer in the basement, not coin operated. The unit is cable ready.

The bedrooms are simple and I don't seem to have a good picture of the whole room so here is 2 pictures of one of the bedrooms they are both the same size on the first floor.

The next photos' are all post remodel, but unfortunately during moving.

This building has a nice yard for barbecues and is completely fenced in making it VERY pet friendly.

We are pet friendly, these are our babies. The cat is Dali, and the strawberry eating Basset is Emma. There is no garage but street parking has never been a problem.

The new finishes are really nice and there is a great front porch on the unit, for relaxing in the summer. You can see the porches in the drawing a friend gave me of the house, below.
