The bathroom in this unit is truly amazing with slate and dark wood cabinets, a huge medicine chest, a jaccuzi tub/shower big enough for 2, a heat lamp and a cable tv outlet.
This is the new kitchen. Completely new with gorgeous tall cabinets, and slate floor and backsplash. The appliances are all stainless steel, including a built in microwave, stove hood, garbage disposal, and filtered water.
The bedroom is large and has a good sized tall closet and loft for extra storage.. There is a regular washer and dryer in the basement, not coin operated. The unit is cable ready.
Lofted ceilings make the rooms feel really spacious. The windows are huge and this livingroom gets tons of light, and the afternoon sunset. We cover water and garbage, you would cover PG&E.
The yard is on the big side by SF standards, and we have been planting like crazy. We have planted lots of small trees and beautiful flowers. We have done lots of earthquake retrofitting so the building is much safer than most Victorians.
