The yard is on the big side by SF standards, and we have been planting like crazy. We have planted lots of small trees and beautiful flowers. We have done lots of earthquake retrofitting so the building is much safer than most Victorians.

The bedroom in this unit is good sized, gets lots of lights and is in the back of the house so it's quiet.
This unit has an additional huge closet by the front door probably was a coat closet at some point.
