We have been slowly restoring a wonderful 100 year old victorian. We will have a 1 bedroom apartment for rent. The building is in a prime location close to everything. This is a top back quiet unit, with a great sky light.

This unit has so many nice features it is hard to capture them all on a website. We cover water and garbage, you would cover PG&E.

The bathroom in this unit has both a shower and a jetted tub. The tile is slate and the bathroom is lovely.

We are pet friendly, these are our babies. The cat is Dali, and the strawberry eating Basset is Emma. This unit has an amazing yard.

The yard is on the big side by SF standards, and we have been planting like crazy. We have planted lots of small trees and beautiful flowers. We have done lots of earthquake retrofitting so the building is much safer than most Victorians.
