If you reserve a unit we will not show it to anyone else, we will process your application and provided you qualify the unit is yours.

4 . We will verify your application. We will keep you posted, and once complete we will let you know you are approved.

5. Once approved we will draft your lease and schedule a lease signing where you will receive your new keys. The deposit and first month's rent is due at lease signing.
